This chair is great! I've got other chairs from this brand and they are just as good of quality as this one. This chair is super wide, so you could likely fit two people in it or do what we do and stick the dog up there with you. Right out of the box, this thing is ready to go and super quick to set up. The seat seems to be spring loaded even to help you open it up. The table pulls up and locks in place. It has a cup holder and a place for your phone as well. The organizer on the side also has multiple pockets, including a little cooler area. It is a little small so you would likely only be able to fit maybe 4 soda cans or so? That's just a guess. I'm not sure how well it insulates as we haven't used it for that, but it looks like any other lunchbox lining. The seat does have a little padding to make it comfortable and the back is sheer to allow airflow. Once you fold it up, there is also a super convenient carrying strap. This thing is solid, though, so would not recommend trying to carry it long distances.
