SHIPPING POLICY

Looks like you are ready to place an order! We make every effort to process your order within 24hours, so you are ready for your weekend adventure. 

For orders placed after 10 PM, please give an extra day for them to be handled and picked up by our carriers. If you have any questions please contact us via info@portaloutdoors.com.

Free shipping for all

We know you have many options, and you have chosen Portal Outdoors as your reliable gear provider.
As a token of our appreciation, we will pay for shipping costs on all regular items. Shipping costs might apply when arranging special delivery through customer service. We do not ship internationally and to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau Islands, Federated States of Micronesia and Marshall Islands. Sorry for all the inconvenience.

No hassle carriers

All purchases made through PortalOutdoors.com will be shipped by FedEx or UPS ground shipping. It is all free! This is how we love our customers. Please talk to customer service for a quote on expedited shipping. 

Processing time

All processed orders will dispatch within 24-48 hours from Monday to Friday. Please see our Holiday Schedule for more details. Allow 6-10 business days for your order to arrive if the using default carrier. If you have not received your order in a reasonable time frame, please contact us.

Multiple packages

In order to comply with carrier policies in handling heavy or large items, our gears are mailed out in single packages. An individual package might be picked up by different carrier trucks and delivered separately. When purchasing multiple items, please be prepared to receive packages in different time segments. To avoid confusion, please refer to your order confirmation email for a complete list.

Order confirmation & tracking

Once your order is successfully processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. After the carrier scans your order, another shipping confirmation email with the relevant tracking number will be sent out. You can track your parcel via the following links:

Holiday schedule

Our carriers are unable to ship or deliver on the following dates. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day. For holiday shipping cutoff, please order at least 8 days ahead. Please note that you might experience a delay of 2-3 business days during peak season.

For example, the order deadline for
Thanksgiving (by Nov. 26, 2021) arrival is Nov. 16, 2021; 10PM EST.
Christmas (by Dec 25. 2021) arrival is Dec. 17, 2021; 10PM EST

FAST RETURN

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Portal gear as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer no-hassle returns within 30 days of purchase on unused, resalable products purchased, provided it is unused and still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies - please contact them directly for more information.

To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:

* All returns must be related to a portaloutdoors.com order. Portal Outdoors does not offer returns on items purchased outside of portaloutdoors.com.

* All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

* All returns must be processed through our Returns portal within 30 days of original purchase. Portal Outdoors does not currently accept returns at our retail stores.

* Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by Portal Outdoors or the item arrives damaged or defective, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
*Portal Outdoors does not accept returns of sale-priced products for non-quality reasons.

* Replacement part orders placed with our Consumer Services Department cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange.

To start a return

Please email your order number & photos of the item in its original state to info@portaloutdoors.com. Our customer service team will reply within 24 hours year round.

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return label via email and initiate a full refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. You can track the return item via the return label provided. Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by Portal Outdoors or the item arrives damaged or defective, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Replacement part orders placed with our Consumer Services Department cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange.
