This tripod stool is everything I could want in portable seating. It is soooo comfortable. Yes, you have to straddle one of the poles, but that adds to your stability. It is much more comfortable than those heavier, folding canvas chairs that are everywhere. And a lot lighter. No back support, but I find it easier to sit up straight in this than those other chairs. Just what I was looking for to take fishing and wherever else I go that I might want to take sit a spell.

Works great except for the velcro strap that is 1/2 inch too short to be reliable. Reasonably comfortable and stable on rough ground.

I bought this so I would not have to stand anymore at bus stops or for the train. I have poor blood circulation plus lymphedema / lipedema in both legs as well as varicose in my right leg. Standing for long periods of time are not an option for me anymore. I needed something to sit on that wouldn't be to hard to get back up from. This seat is just the right height. Legs of it are a little wobbly, but once your seated in it its o.k.

I use this as a high foot stool with my rocking chair or a sitting stool. It's easy to grab and carry and takes up little space.
The only thing is that the legs move when you're on it so you gotta find which corner makes the stool most sturdy.
Other than that, good value, multi use, great little folding stool.

compact when folded, lightweight and comfortable. Used this item with my golf pushcart as I walk the 18 holes. Quickly unfolds when waiting for the group in front and folds up easily when I'm ready to go.
