I like to be prepared. When it comes to portable light, the flashlight is generally what people think of first, but this flashlight/lantern combo is much more useful and produces much more light. If you are going camping, this lantern is a no brainer. It requires no fuel, no lighter, it's extremely lightweight and its rechargeable. The small carrying handle is sturdy and comfortable to use. This light has a few modes of use and also has a red light mode if you want to preserve your night vision. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is in the market for a portable light.
